GETTING STARTED
- Carefully punch out the SIM card from its plastic holder, insert it into your cellphone.
- Turn your cellphone on. Once a network of local operator is found, your phone is ready to work.
- Set up the automatic network search in the settings of your cellphone and reset the GPRS settings of another operator (see the instruction to your cellphone).
- To activate the starting balance you need to activate a pre-paid card (or dial *146*098098#) and click «OK». The money will be added to the balance within a few minutes.
GLOBALSIM CARD MENU - TravelSIM, SERVICE MANAGEMENT
Go to your cellphone menu and select "TravelSIM" item. There will be 5 options on the screen:
Adress book
Call
Send TravelSMS
Voicemail
Check balance (free)
Add Credit (free)
Customer Care (the rate of the call depends on the tariff of the country of residence.).
CHECK BALANCE AND ADD CREDIT
Check balance:
- On the site in the section «Check balance».
- Dial *146*099# and click «OK».
- In TravelSIM menu select «Check balance».
Add credit:
Using a credit card on our site from any place in the world.
OUTCOMING CALLS
Dial the subscriber's number in the international format:
+ or 00, country code, dialling code or code of mobile provider, then subscriber’s number
For example: to call to Moscow dial +7 495 xxx xx xx,
where +7 (country code) 495 (dialing code) xxx xx xx (subscriber’s number)
If you have problems with making an outgoing call (sometimes in the United Arab Emirates or Saudi Arabia) you shall use SMS to order a call.
Send SMS containing the following text to the number 9146:
*146*00 country code dialing code subscriber’s number#
Example: To make a call to number +7 916 000 12 34, send SMS to 9146 containing the text *146*0079160001234#.
Attention! After you dial a number in the international format and press the “Call” button on your phone, your call will be ceased and you will see the message "Wait for call" displayed on your screen. In 5-10 seconds you will receive an incoming call, just answer the phone as you normally would. Then you will hear the voice message about the balance of your account and then your conversation will start. The tariffing starts from the beginning of the conversation. Time spent for connection is not taken into account.
! You can hide the CallBack process using a special application for mobile phones. You will be able to make an outgoing calls in usual mode.
INCOMING CALLS
To call to GLOBALSIM number from fixed-line phone number you should get an access to international line.
To call to GLOBALSIM number from cell-phone dial GLOBALSIM number:

Attention!
A call to GLOBALSIM number is charged as a call to the Estonian mobile number.
SMS MESSAGES
You may send sms as usual or from the «TravelSIM» menu.
!The cost of sms message sent from «TravelSIM» menu is unified: 0,35$.
- Go to the «TravelSIM» menu from your phone and access the option “Send TravelSMS”, then enter a phone number in the international format (+<country code> or 00<country code> phone number). Press «Ok» button, and type the text message in the next window.
!You can also send SMS to GLOBALSIM card from our site for free.
GPRS SETTINGS
Mobile access to Internet resources with instant connectivity and low-tariff system! You need to pay only for the amount of sent / received information, and not for airtime.
! GPRS service is activated automatically on all GLOBALSIM cards.
If you can't connect to the Internet:
For SIM card's proper work you should delete GPRS settings of other mobile operators in your phone. Internet settings are usually located in such sections of the phone menu as "Browser", "Services", "Internet", etc.
If your phone does not support automatic GPRS configurations, enter the following settings manually (in accordance with the instructions of your phone):
APN (access point): send.ee
Username: number of GLOBALSIM card (3725 xxx xx xx)
Password (password): leave this field blank (No password)
The time of inactivity should be not more than 75 minutes.
«MOBILE TRANSFER» SERVICE
«Mobile Transfer» Service is transfer of funds from one GLOBALSIM card to another GLOBALSIM!The cost of the Service is 0,5$.
To transfer money, you only need to send a USSD-request by dialing on your mobile phone *146*098*300*recipient's GLOBALSIM number*sum (in dollars without cents)# and press «Call» button. After sending a request you will receive SMS-notification with result of operation.
CALL AND SMS DETAILING
The detailing of calls and SMS by the international GLOBALSIM card is available in your private office after registration on site.
